Volkswagen has decided to take part in the 24-hour race in Nurnburgring (show will pass from June, 23 till June, 26th). And specially for this event Germans have constructed unique Golf which has received name Golf24. This car is equipped with the motor in volume of 2,5 l with a turbo-supercharging which gives out already 440 h.p. and 540 Nm. Together with this animal the six-step box with underwheel switches, a drive gear, certainly, the full will work. It is interesting that last time Volkswagen exhausted Golf on 24-hour race in Nurnburgring in 2007. However then the hatchback had the motor capacity only 300 h.p., and the drive gear was only on a front axle (from 2008 to 2010 in race has been presented Scirocco).
